Project Delivery Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Design Drafting Specialist to join our team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Producing and maintaining drawings using CAD software as per project specifications and instructions.
  • Maintaining the P&ID database.
  • Ensuring quality and correctness of data on drawings and database.
  • Checking drawings/data prior to release.
  • Coordinating with designers and engineers of other disciplines.
  • Maintaining check-prints, history files as per project procedures.
  • Participating in quality audits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Instrumentation/Piping Engineering/Mechanical or equivalent.
  • Strong similar experience on projects.
  • Good safety awareness.
  • Willingness to stretch your experience and take ownership with a quality focus.
  • Openness to multitasking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience within a large project, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising designers.
  • Exposure to software platforms like Microstation, COMOS, Projectwise, and document management systems.
