About the Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee global supply chain operations and drive business growth.

  1. Develop and execute strategies to support expansion, enhance resilience, and optimize demand forecasting.
  2. Lead inventory management, optimize stock levels, and monitor forecasts to balance customer demand with working capital.
  3. Oversee logistics, including freight forwarders, customs clearance, and 3PL partners; manage a team to deliver on-time performance.
  4. Partner with Product, R&D, Finance, and Sales teams to align supply chain with launches, demand planning, and resolution of supply-related issues.
  5. Implement best-in-class systems for visibility and forecasting, and track KPIs such as lead times, landed cost, DIFOT, and supplier performance.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations (HVAC, energy, or electronics background desirable).
  • Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience in freight, logistics, and 3PL management within the market.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Leadership experience managing both teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with ERP and inventory management systems.
