To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
  • Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills with a focus on the older person
  • Demonstrated understanding, ability or experience in providing effective supervision and support to Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Workers
  • An understanding of Aged Care accreditation standards
