Aged Care Clinical Leader

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our Aged Care team. As a Clinical Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and overseeing the provision of clinical assessment and care planning skills.
About the Role- This is an ongoing part-time position with multiple roles available.
- The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and experience in leading clinical teams.
- You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Workers.
- Lead and manage the Aged Care team to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide effective supervision and support to Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Workers.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in leading clinical teams and developing care plans.
- Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care accreditation standards.
- A fully accredited facility with an excellent Aged Care Commission star rating.
