Job Title: Skilled Nursing Professionals

About the Role

We are seeking skilled nursing professionals to join our dynamic team of healthcare providers. As a casual nurse within our Nurse Bank service, you will have the opportunity to provide patient-centred care in various clinical areas.

This role involves working across acute and sub-acute wards, perioperative services, midwifery, emergency, home-based services, dialysis and aged care, leveraging post-graduate qualifications and experience where possible.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care to assigned patients in a proactive and positive manner, utilising evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and service delivery within your designated area.
  • Maintain current registration with AHPRA, completion of a nurse graduate program, recent nursing experience and competence in clinical nursing with a focus on patient-centred care.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with recent acute nursing experience are highly valued. Alternatively, 12 months recent nursing experience is a minimum requirement for this role.
