Job Opportunity: Delivering Compassionate Nursing Care

We are seeking experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experiences
  • Follow the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Ensure safety and proper use of equipment
  • Accurately complete records and documentation
  • Conduct nursing assessments

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Community nursing experience is an advantage
  • Experience with subacute disability care
  • Ability to report client concerns effectively
  • Skills in redirecting and de-escalating behaviors
  • Diabetes management experience
  • Dementia experience is an advantage
  • Leadership experience is an advantage

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Passion for making a difference
  • Self-led responsibility for own behavior and success
  • Coachable attitude
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Registered or Enrolled Nurse status
  • CPR First Aid Certification
  • Valid Driver's License and Car
  • National Police Check for Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Orientation Module Completion
