
Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing National/Key Accounts in line with the company's financial and product growth plans.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective planning, strategy development, and execution. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and R&D, to ensure seamless implementation of account activity.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a key or national account management role. A strong understanding of the foodservice industry and catering business is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effective planning and execution of CTM (Chain Targeting Model) and W&R (Win & Retain) Plans.
- Developing and implementing business development strategies, regular client business reviews, price negotiations, and overall account management.
- Managing Local/National Account trading terms and monitoring growth plans.
- Developing and coordinating product promotional initiatives to grow Local/National Account business.
- Where appropriate, developing and managing customized solutions and concepts.
- Ensuring all management reports for measuring and reporting business performance are integrated, accurate, reliable, and on time.
- Providing financial and non-financial information to facilitate timely and accurate decision-making on business operations.
