Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Manager Sponsorships.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sponsorship sales and activation, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sponsorship strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and internal teams.
  3. Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  4. Effectively manage budgets and timelines to ensure successful event delivery.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sponsorship sales and activation.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, communications).
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and timelines.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, project management platforms).
