We're Looking for an Advertising Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns that target specific audience segments, utilizing social media, digital ads, and content marketing to raise brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Compelling Content Creation: Craft persuasive ad copy, develop engaging social media content (posts, stories, videos) and collaborate with designers to produce eye-catching visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance using various metrics and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize results continually.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and nurture relationships with key influencers in the golf world, such as athletes, coaches, and media outlets, to collaborate on co-branded advertising campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform advertising strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment across all brand touchpoints.

  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using various digital marketing platforms, social media tools, and analytics software.
  • Self-motivated: You're a self-starter who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about achieving measurable results.
  • Proven Track Record: You possess a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, along with 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on social media platforms and a demonstrated track record of success in driving lead generation and sales.
  • Data-Driven Advertising: Expertise in analyzing campaign performance data, utilizing metrics to optimize campaigns and make informed decisions.
  • Audience Targeting: Proficiency in using online audience data and segmentation tools to identify and reach specific target audiences with tailored messaging.
  • Content Creation: Experience crafting compelling ad copy, developing engaging visuals, and managing content calendars across multiple social media channels.
  • Performance Advertising: Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and the ability to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for maximum results.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with neurofeedback, sports marketing, or health and wellness technology is a plus.
