Benefits Management Specialist


Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Benefits Management Specialist to undertake a range of activities in support of the effective and efficient management of benefits and risks for a Government Program. The role will work closely with leadership teams to ensure timely completion of actions and tasks. This role will also involve managing other strategic activities for the program as required.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Updating associated documentation including benefit profiles and registers, and facilitating benefit and risk workshops to review and update the program benefits and risks.
  • Uplifting benefits reporting capability to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Supporting the program to develop an approach to benefits management that aligns with scaled agile methodologies.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, and ensuring understanding and commitment to benefits realisation and ongoing management.
  • Supporting the development of program management capability within the Program Management Office team.
