Junior Medical Officer Opportunity in Emergency Medicine

We are seeking a Junior Medical Officer to support our Emergency Department with delivering high-quality patient care.

  • The successful candidate will be located in the Southern Highlands of NSW, approximately 90 minutes southwest of Sydney.
  • This hospital offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, general medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, surgical, ophthalmology, and orthopaedics.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting wards and ED, back of house duties, and on-call for Caesar and Surgical assist emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the ward team in providing patient care.
  2. Participating in after-hours emergency response.
  3. Collaborating with other departments as required.

Requirements:

  • PGY3+.
  • Experience in Emergency Medicine or related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
