Disability Support Practitioner

This role involves providing home-based support to individuals with disabilities, helping them build independence through goal-oriented activities.

  • Delivering personalized support by assisting clients with personal care and medication administration.
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and develop skills for independence.
  • Building positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks.
  • Support clients in developing life skills.
  • Foster a supportive environment for clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Behaviour Support or lived experience preferred.
  • Embodies values such as empathy and respect.
  • Current driver's licence (minimum P2).
