
Store Performance Coordinator

This role is a pivotal component of our customer-facing team, responsible for executing store operations activities in support of a sales-driven culture and profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash handling and banking integrity management
- Tendering transactions efficiently
- Systems access and data security maintenance
- Store web sales and extended warranty claims administration
- Telephone management and customer inquiries resolution
- Marketing and promotional activity coordination
- Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory control and expense management optimization
- Manage all sales channel fulfillment in line with procedures and guidelines
- Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a consistent positive store and channel experience for the customer and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
- Contribute to brand identity and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation excellence
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in other development opportunities
