Laing O'Rourke, a leading construction company, specialises in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Victoria.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead our rail construction team in Laverton North, VIC.
The successful candidate will have experience managing tracking costs and subcontractors, providing excellent communication at all levels, and leading pre-delivery and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tracking costs and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide leadership and direction to direct reports and interface with design and construction teams.
- Uphold and promote high Health and Safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
- You will have a degree in engineering or construction management and experience working on major infrastructure projects, utility relocations, and stakeholder management.
- A strong understanding of rail construction principles and practices is essential for success in this role.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
