
Clinical Leader: Mental Health and Rehabilitation

We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team on the Gold Coast. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise and mentorship skills in a supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, including mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications, or a diverse generalist mix, through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
- Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, with options to work from home and join the team in the office.
- Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
- Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Play an active role in senior team meetings and initiatives that encourage growth and team development.
- Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- You have current AHPRA registration (or pending).
- You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
- You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in community, private, or acute settings.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
- You have or are willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
