Job Title: Residential Care Service Employee

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality care and services to residents based on their identified needs and preferences.
  • Provide support considering the residents' physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs.
  • Maintain residents' wellbeing and independence.
Essential Skills:
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Current CPR knowledge.
  • Computer literacy.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team.
  • Demonstrate an empathic and caring approach.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working with elderly individuals.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • Completion of CHCCS303A - Provide physical assistance with medication.
  • Completion of CHCCS304A - Assist with self medication.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination.
