Caregiver Role Overview

We seek dedicated professionals to fill Residential Care Service Employee positions. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to residents in all aspects of their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care services, focusing on residents' physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive living environment.

Essential Skills:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Current CPR knowledge and first aid certification.
  • Computer literacy and basic administrative skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable populations or elderly individuals.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualifications in medication administration and infection control.
