Our team is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join us as Residential Care Workers. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day care and support to young people. Your responsibilities will include ensuring their safety, promoting their wellbeing, and assisting them in achieving their personal goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct care and supervision to young people in a residential setting.

- Develop and implement individualised care plans.

- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, education, and recreational activities.

- Promote a safe and positive living environment.

- Build trusting relationships with young people, offering emotional support and guidance.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Follow organisational policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people.

***Requirements:**

- Previous experience working with young people in a residential or similar care setting (not essential)

- A genuine passion for supporting and empowering young people.

- Understanding of child development and trauma-informed care practices.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to use and access a smartphone for clocking in/out and shift notes.
