The role of Product Strategist involves representing the customer's voice when developing a product roadmap.
This includes managing stakeholders, translating strategy into executable solutions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to shape and execute on prioritized initiatives.
Key responsibilities include defining what needs to be built, elaborating features and stories, making effective day-to-day decisions, and enabling delivery through responding to key questions and tracking progress.
To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrated experience working as a Product Owner, proven experience in Digital, Product, and/or Customer Strategy/Experience/Planning functions, and analytical capability with close attention to detail.
Additionally, you should have the ability to work closely with key stakeholders, build collaborative partnerships, and deliver projects using agile methodologies and requirements analysis.
- Represent the customer's voice when developing the product roadmap.
- Manage stakeholders for the squad and manage interdependencies across the domain.
- Translate the strategy into executable solutions by prioritizing and shaping initiatives that deliver to domain objectives.
- Partner within cross-functional teams to shape and execute on the prioritized backlog of initiatives which will deliver on the agreed roadmap.
- Define what needs to be built in the form of initiatives, features, and user stories; and work within the squad to elaborate features and stories, defining the acceptance criteria and definition of done and make effective day-to-day decisions to enable the squad to progress work.
