Commercial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Analyst - Billing to join our team. As a global supply chain solutions provider, we operate in 170 countries and require someone who can extract operational data from WMS and other inputs to populate contract-specific billing templates.
The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in MS Excel and be able to work effectively with data to infer, extract and translate into actionable insights. They should also have the ability to read, understand and interpret commercial contracts around rates / invoicing and systemise these.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Extracting or interpreting operational data to populate contract-specific billing templates
- Critiquing invoice details for accuracy and analysing for key trends
- Populating and distributing KPIs to operations and account management teams
- Influencing customer rate structure to simplify and standardise where possible
- Maintaining and supporting compliance with the reporting of commercials in line with finance business rules
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, time management and relationship management skills
