We're seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, contract negotiation, and management, as well as stakeholder and supplier management.
This role will oversee a portfolio of suppliers and contracts within Financial Services, encompassing Financial Software & Systems, Financial Hardship & Collections Services, and ATM and Cash Management.
The successful candidate will work closely with Group Executives, General Managers, and key support functions like Legal, Finance, and IT, as well as external suppliers and strategic vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic sourcing solutions to maximise value and manage risk
- Analyse category and supplier data to identify savings opportunities
- Perform market analysis to inform procurement decisions
- Negotiate contracts to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage supplier performance and foster strong business stakeholder relationships
We're looking for someone with experience handling the entire procurement lifecycle, from 'Go to Market' activities to negotiating high-stakes contracts.
Ideally, you'll have over five years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in a centralised, multi-category setup.
You'll need to be a pro at managing stakeholders, communicating effectively, and building relationships up to the executive level.
