Job Description

Coordinating planning panels requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the administration of local planning panels, providing administrative support to panel members and stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate communication on panel processes and decisions.

The successful candidate will have experience in office management or executive/committee support, knowledge of development assessment, town planning or governance in a public sector setting, and excellent administrative and coordination skills. They will also possess high-level computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in office management or executive/committee support
