Job Summary
The Group Account Director will be responsible for leading a clear path forward for the account, ensuring strategic accuracy and creative quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Develop a deep understanding of our client's business strategy and processes, working with clients to identify their overall strategy for social communications.
- Client Experience: Ensure a clear and transparent feedback loop into the agency, taking on all top-level account resource decisions.
- Account Profitability: Ensure scoping is accurate and sensitive to the client's requirements.
- Account Growth: Take a proactive approach to client relationship development, identifying and understanding strategic growth opportunities.
- Concept Creation and Presentation: Lead large campaign briefs and new business pitches, integrating other functions as needed.
- Delivery of Social: Ensure creative assets produced are true to the client-approved plan, performance targets are met, and servicing levels are maintained.
