Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic event coordinator to plan events across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all event inquiries, prepare detailed proposals, and liaise directly with clients.
  • Work closely with operational teams to prepare and distribute event manifests and schedules.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and attend regular operations meetings.
  • Assist the accounts section with financial tasks, including preparing invoices and checking supplier payments.
  • Liaise with kitchen, banquet, and accounts sections to ensure all aspects of events are covered.
About You:
  • Qualifications with at least two years' experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated customer-oriented focus with a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
  • Well-developed computer skills, with proven experience using event management software.
