Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role
The Test Analyst is a key and active participant of the Emergency Communication Information Services (ECIS) team.
The goal of the function is to validate the software product against requirement specification and confirm that the system performs all functional and non-functional requirements.
Reporting to the Test Lead, specific accountabilities will include preparation of test cases, test plans and test scripts. Conduct System and Integration testing against the test plan and update test cases based on results.
The main purpose of the role is to provide end-to-end systems test and systems integration testing working on major releases within a program of work. The role is responsible for testing of CAD changes and corporate software utilised by the organisation.
As part of the ECIS team you may be required to travel or transfer between your primary work location and other 000VIC sites to effectively carry out your duties. Normal working hours are 38 hours per week between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday. You may be required to work reasonable overtime.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain system testing processes and procedures within TZV's Testing FrameworkDesign and run test cases based on system requirements and specificationsLog and track issues, providing clear reproduction steps and collaborating on resolutionsValidate end-to-end functionality of the system, ensuring all components work together seamlesslyWork with system designers, and test leads to clarify requirements and ensure test coverageRecord and report test outcomes, highlighting risks, issues, and progress to stakeholdersAbout You
The successful candidate will have a Tertiary qualification in IT related studies, or a related discipline, as well as the following:
Demonstrated experience in a Test Analyst roleDemonstrated knowledge and experience in planning, preparing and execution of testing for large scale complex ICT solutionsDemonstrated knowledge of testing procedures and methodologies and the ability to undertake testing in accordance with defined quality practicesWork effectively within a team, fostering strong relationships with system designers, and other testers.Address challenges creatively and constructively, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a positive team dynamic.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholdersWhat We Can Offer You
