About the Role
We are excited to offer a permanent, full-time position for a Customer Service Consultant at our Bendigo branch. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess outstanding communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfill the banking needs of our clients, both in-person and via phone.
  • Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers through various in-branch transactions, including cash handling, educating clients on online banking, and assisting with account openings.
  • Identify opportunities to promote our financial products and services through ongoing education and engagement with both new and existing customers.
  • Represent Bank Australia positively and professionally in our social, environmental, and sustainability initiatives through various volunteer programs.
  • Contribute positively to the overall success of the branch and the team.
What You Bring
  • A proven history of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Confidence in establishing strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Preferred FSRA Tier 2 accreditation.
  • Essential experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • A commitment to Bank Australia's mission, values, and the B Corp ethos.
