Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfill the banking needs of our clients, both in-person and via phone.
  • Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers through various in-branch transactions, including cash handling and educating clients on online banking services.
  • Identify opportunities to promote our financial products and services through ongoing education and interaction with both new and existing customers.
  • Represent Bank Australia positively and professionally, engaging in our social, environmental, and sustainability initiatives through volunteer opportunities.
  • Contribute positively to the overall success of the branch and collaborate effectively with the team.
What You Bring to the Role
  • A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Confidence in establishing strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Preferred FSRA Tier 2 accreditation.
  • Essential previous experience in customer service or sales.
