Job Title: Scheduling Executive - Event Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

The Scheduling Executive - Event Planning Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring all venues and events managed by Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. are presented to the highest quality for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of strategies and subsequent plans to support the effective operation, functionality, and capacity of the scheduling and operations team to deliver high-quality solutions and services that exceed client expectations.
  • Keep track of entitlements, shared with the Content team, for Cricket Australia, VRC, and FFA events at venues such as the MCG, Marvel Stadium, Flemington Race Course, and other major stadiums across Australia.
  • Check and approve match day rundowns/schedules (in-game & out-of-game) for all BBL matches and deliver to Venue Operators.
  • Keep track of BBL print signage Sales & Avails.
  • Co-manage internal print signage audit system.
  • Manage or assist with what is required to deliver the event day schedule for other events.
  • Extensively plan MKTG's content management system.
  • Participate in event planning sessions to gather information for the build in the content management system.
  • Utilize the intricate content management system plan and build the online setup to ensure partner and club contractual obligations are met.
  • Daily manager of the content management system.
  • Manage all user queries regarding the content management system.
  • Establish, implement, and manage an official content management system feedback process.
  • Run internal and external workshops on the content management system.
  • Assist with the daily management of MKTG's scheduling system.
  • Continuously look for ways to update and improve our documentation and processes.
  • Co-manage internal print signage audit system.
  • Review and update processes for the following seasons.
  • Assist Head of Scheduling & Events as required.
  • Assist Scheduling Supervisor as required.
  • Develop relationships across all business areas to effectively collaborate, plan, and co-design solutions and services to ensure a seamless delivery of partnership obligations.
  • Develop professional relationships with event contacts at the AFL, Cricket Australia, and others.
  • Provide scheduling and events leadership and ensure that objectives are being met.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and scheduling software.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Knowledge of sports events and marketing.
