At The Star Sydney, we are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team within the Food and Beverage Department.



This is a hands-on, leadership role that will assist in the effective running of all relevant Food and Beverage outlets.



The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a similar large, busy environment with a thorough knowledge of food and beverages.



Key responsibilities will include planning and resourcing people and products, performance management, and controlling labor costs and operating expenses.



The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining efficiency of service, general product and technical knowledge, and exceptional standards of delivery and professionalism.



Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee and assist Food and Beverage Attendants with customer service and ensure the outlets are prepared and organized to meet all business requirements.



This is a hands-on, leadership position requiring an applicant with an outgoing personality who loves to empower team members and at the same time, loves to go above and beyond for customers.
