Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team at The Star Sydney. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently
  • Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions
  • Anticipating guests' needs and understanding their preferences
  • Communicating additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen
  • Collaborating with the team to provide efficient and seamless service

Requirements

  • Experience working in a high-end restaurant
  • Ability to articulate flavor profiles and recommend beverage pairings
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
  • Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
