As an Administrative Support Specialist at Dutton Automotive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail dealership. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our site Administration Managers, managing tolls and fines, banking, Service NSW transactions, sorting through mail, and allocating tasks. You will also be responsible for inputting supplier invoices, recording Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) information for each vehicle, and providing administrative assistance for all aftercare sales transactions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on outstanding information related to vehicle sales and organizing and maintaining dealership records, including signed sales contracts and documents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a willingness to learn and grow, a can-do attitude, and strong organizational skills. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work autonomously and in a team environment. Advanced data entry skills and experience in the automotive industry are desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
