Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our Maintenance team at Castle Hill RSL Group. As a Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality finish of our venues, maintaining a safe working environment, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply paint and coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to achieve a professional finish
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our venues' unique requirements and challenges
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in painting and decorating
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
