About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and patient individual to assist senior members at HomeCo Vincentia shopping centre with tech-related queries and issues.

The successful candidate will foster a friendly, respectful, and supportive environment for both seniors and youngsters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting seniors with tech-related queries and issues.
  • Fostering a friendly, respectful, and supportive environment.
  • Promoting values and mission within the community.
  • Contributing ideas and feedback to improve sessions and outreach.

Lead Youngsters

The role involves providing guidance to fellow youngster volunteers in their interactions with seniors.

Liaising with the Community Manager to ensure all sessions are running smoothly and effectively.

Requirements

- Passion for technology and willingness to share knowledge.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work with diverse age groups and backgrounds.

- Commitment to our mission and values.
