Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic thinker to drive data-driven solutions for our clients. This role involves understanding client needs, advising on value-adding solutions, and guiding projects to successful delivery and adoption.

This includes leading client engagement to uncover business problems and analytics opportunities, advising clients on solution options, and translating requirements into clear scopes of work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Uncover business problems and analytics opportunities through client engagement
  • Advise clients on solution options, expected value, and realistic outcomes
  • Translate requirements into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications for technical teams
  • Partner with delivery leads to ensure projects meet scope, quality, and timelines
  • Drive stakeholder management at senior levels, managing expectations and fostering trust
  • Contribute to internal frameworks and best practices for analysis, communication, and adoption
Required Expertise & Skills
  • 7+ years in roles such as Performance Improvement consulting, Product Owner/Manager, Business Analysis, or Lean Process Analysis
  • Demonstrated track record in AI, data science, or analytics solutions, delivering end-to-end outcomes
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, advising clients on priorities, value, and delivery trade-offs
  • Strong stakeholder management, with experience engaging GM-level or above executives
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methods and working alongside data scientists, data engineers, and front-end developers
