Commercial Litigation Opportunities

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Commercial Litigation team in Melbourne.

  • This role involves working on high-profile and complex insolvency, restructuring, and commercial litigation matters.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm, with expertise in insolvency disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of complex commercial litigation cases.
  • Analyze and review case files, identifying key issues and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial litigation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
