Strategic Product Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Manager to lead our product team in developing and executing a compelling product vision that drives business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shipping successful products, with a strong understanding of commercial construction technology and the ability to balance customer value with commercial impact.

About the Role- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for your product area, aligning it with the company's overall business goals.
- Become an expert in the commercial construction tech landscape, conducting user research and analyzing market trends.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering and design to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your product area, communicating the product vision and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Proven track record as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing environment, with comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Commercial acumen and business partnership, with a deep understanding of how product decisions connect to business outcomes.
- Competitive salary range: $160,000-$180,000 + superannuation.
