About the RoleThis exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in product management and contribute significantly to enhancing customer experience through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery of key workstreams within the program.
- Determine requirements for future Last Mile system functionalities.
- Own and drive product components from problem identification to solution delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery against strategic roadmap milestones, aligning with business objectives and broader program goals.
- Take ownership of analysis to uncover insights, inform decision-making, and guide continuous improvement.
- Promote best-in-class product practices including visioning, design thinking, journey mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
