About the Opportunity

This role involves providing expert guidance on injury management and workers compensation claims, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to a healthy and safe workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on injury management and workers compensation claims.
  • Build effective relationships with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and healthcare providers.
  • Contribute to a sustainable health and safety culture by promoting prevention and early intervention strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in injury management, RTW or occupational rehabilitation.
  • Qualifications in allied health or human resources (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Current valid driver's license and ability to travel.
  • NDIS worker orientation module certificate.
  • Satisfactory national police records check, NDIS worker screening check, and working with children's check.
