**Job Description**

An expert advisor is required to support project teams in implementing our Built HSE Plan. This true advisory role involves collaboration with multiple teams and site managers to ensure operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have a Level IV Certification in Workplace Training and Assessment, as well as an understanding of project processes, operational HSE functions, and regulatory requirements including incident investigation methodology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance and support to site teams and stakeholders on systems, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Acting as a credible partner with knowledge of the regulatory landscape.
  • Working with external authorities and consultants.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Level IV Certification in Workplace Training and Assessment.
  • Understanding of project processes, operational HSE functions, and regulatory requirements including incident investigation methodology.
  • Ability to work at pace across a number of teams with competing priorities.

**Working Environment**

This role will be predominantly based on the 40-storey tower in Chifley and other major projects as required. As an expert advisor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operations are aligned with our values and regulatory requirements.
