This role offers a chance to make a tangible impact while growing your consulting expertise in a dynamic environment.

The position involves advising clients on HSEQ systems, risk management, and compliance initiatives. You will work closely with client teams, lead audits and assessments, and implement practical solutions to improve workplace safety.

Key responsibilities include providing expert HSEQ guidance and mentoring to client teams, developing and implementing HSEQ management systems meeting ISO and legislative standards, conducting risk assessments, audits (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001), and safety training programs, configuring and managing client SafeX software portals, assisting clients with HSEQ implementation plans and on-site governance activities, and identifying critical risk control measures and supporting ongoing compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in WHS or related field, 3-5 years' experience in Work Health & Safety, with at least 2 years in consulting, proven ability to develop and implement HSEQ systems and training programs, strong knowledge of ISO standards and risk management methodologies (ISO 31000), and excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Job Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS or related field
