Early Years Support Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Prep team as an Early Years Support Officer. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support young learners in a dynamic and nurturing environment.

The successful applicant will have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support with the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for students from Prep through to Year 6.

This role involves organising documents and correspondence, responding to enquiries, assisting with arranging meetings and other school activities or events, and contributing to the social and emotional wellbeing of students.

About You

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Adaptable and flexible with a proactive approach
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

You will also have the ability to maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment and contribute to the learning and care needs of young children.
