Job Title: Transaction and Financial Specialist">

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will support transaction-related processes including project appraisal, negotiations, due diligence, and legal documentation. They will also undertake financial analysis of companies, technical and operational appraisals, production of financial projections, security, and cash-flow models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of credit submissions, including new proposals, variation requests, and annual reviews.
  • Manage the financial aspects of project analysis, including financial analysis of companies, technical and operational appraisals, production of financial projections, security, and cash-flow models.
  • Produce project finance ratings using internal tools for new projects and existing projects on an annual basis or as required.
  • Participate in prudential monitoring of loan exposures, including preparation of regular monitoring reports and reviews based on meetings with clients, site visits, financial review, and other research.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, accounting principles, and project finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
