High-End Events Supervisor Opportunity in Brisbane
About UsWe are a prestigious catering company based in Brisbane, seeking experienced Front of House Supervisors to join our team.
The Role- Main point of contact for clients, venues, and suppliers during events
- Oversight of event setup, service delivery, and pack down to ensure seamless operations
- Liaison with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely delivery and setup of catering
- Maintenance of high food quality and hygiene standards
- 2 years or more experience in a similar role or high-end dining environment
- Confidence in carrying 3 or more plates at once
- Ability to clear a minimum of 5 plates 'a la carte' style
- Experience with set up & pack down of weddings, functions & conferences
- Sundays off, ideal for work-life balance
