About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Fabricator to join our ever-growing manufacturing team at Wetherill Park. The majority of work involves fabricating custom designed aluminium and stainless-steel products and structures used in height safety access systems.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and fabricate structures to comply with standards.
  • Set up components and weld according to specifications.
  • Operate hand tools and general workshop machinery like bandsaw, bench drill, linisher and angle grinder safely.
  • Weld components in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).

About You:

  • Must have a proven knowledge and experience in MIG/TIG welding.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a trade qualified Welder Fabricator.
  • Able to weld aluminium and stainless-steel parts.
  • High quality of workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Will to work to business needs such as tight deadlines and supporting overtime when required.
  • Valid Australian Driver's license (must have own transport).
  • Not accepting applicants who require sponsorship.
