Lead Asset Strategist

We are embarking on a transformative journey to elevate our Infrastructure and Facilities capabilities.

This exciting opportunity encompasses the leadership of Assets and Sustainability programs across the organization, driving multifaceted growth and development.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategic Asset Management plans, embedding them into organizational workflows
  • Drive the implementation and ongoing operation of the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS)
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies in line with industry best practices

About You:

  • You must have experience and knowledge in strategic Asset Management, including the implementation of an Asset Information Management System
  • Certified Asset Manager via Asset Management Council or IPWEA, adhering to ISO 55001 Asset Management Systems requirements
  • Tertiary qualified in Asset Management, Engineering, or related discipline, with extensive experience in similar roles, including uplifting organizational capability and building strategic initiatives
  • Proven end-to-end project management expertise, encompassing scoping, implementation, and transition
  • Able to navigate complexity, anticipate, and resolve both strategic and operational issues
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all mediums
  • Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance
