We are looking for a mature minded, VERY EXPERIENCED (minimum of two years), hardworking person to join our team who has a very sharp eye for detail and who is able to look after a small mowing and gardening maintenance run on their own.

This position/job is fast paced and requires a strong level of fitness/endurance.

Normally we work in a team and each crew consists of a minimum of one-two people/workers.

Staff are to meet at home base in Manly every morning and return to home base in Manly at the end of the day.

A brief overview of what the job involves is as follows - Please remember, we are only wanting experienced people to apply, particularly when it comes to hedging, whipper snipping and ride-on mowing work:

- Complete Property/ Lawns, Gardens & Grounds Maintenance
- Lawn mowing & edging/whipper snipping
- Trimming of hedges & trees
- General Cleaning duties
- Blowing & picking up garden debris
- Weeding
- Removal of rubbish
- Minor landscaping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $27.46 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Gardening and use of petrol powered gardening equipment: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
