  • Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Clients Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.">
  • Responsibilities:">
    • ">
    • Manage client expectations and provide updates to senior management">
    • Develop 'Trusted Advisor' relationships with CXOs and other key stakeholders">
    • Identify strategic initiatives to help clients achieve their goals">
    • Drive growth and customer satisfaction in assigned accounts">
    • Negotiate commercial terms of engagement">
    • Responsible for managing the P&L of portfolio, business planning / budgeting">
    • Work with delivery teams and third-party vendors to ensure project risks are minimized and project goals are met">

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:">
    • ">
    • 12+ years of experience in account management, insurance domain, superannuation domain, business development activities in IT service industry">
    • Seasoned business development professional with an excellent track record in managing, retaining, and developing businesses">
    • Strong knowledge of technology and business segments within the financial services sector">
    • Strong connects to the senior business and technology leadership in the Insurance accounts">
    • Thorough domain knowledge with awareness/expertise in latest digital innovations in the insurance industry">
    • Knowledge of leading Insurance IT Products in the market and ability to build partnership ecosystem with vendors and Insurtech">
    • Experience working on onsite/offshore model">
    • Experience in large IT project implementations with good awareness of tools and technologies used in large-scale business">
    • Practitioner mindset towards engaging senior-level executives in transformation solutions">
    • Strategic thinking, confident, and ability to plan ahead and stay the course">
    • Proven track record of improving business performance and winning deals">
    • Ability to work with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams">
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and facilitation skills">
