This position is part of a high-volume call centre environment where you will handle inbound calls from customers regarding potential fraud or scam activity.

  • You will perform in-depth analysis of system-detected cases via Inbound and Outbound calls, adhering to procedures and making the right decisions.
  • You will hold valuable conversations with customers to ensure the right outcome, liaising with different business units and stakeholders to place our customers' interests at the forefront.

The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. They will be punctual, a team player, eager to learn, and have good phone etiquette. They will also have a strong work ethic, be able to make on-the-spot judgment decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Key performance goals include developing knowledge of dispute resolution processes and reaching productivity and case output goals month on month.
