Secondary Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary Teacher to join our team at Good Shepherd Catholic College, Mount Isa. This is a full-time, fixed-term position commencing in January 2025 and running for the duration of the 2025 school year.
Key Responsibilities- Teach a range of subjects to students in Years 7-12
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve academic and personal goals
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
- Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
