Senior Manager, Real Estate Valuation & Advisory Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our national practice in Melbourne.

This is a critical role that involves collaborating with a highly experienced team to deliver real-world value to our clients.

  • Financial modelling and feasibility assessment will be key aspects of your responsibilities.
  • You will assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, developing transaction strategies and property development advice.
  • Vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets will also be part of your role.
  • You will contribute to thought leadership papers through market research and trend analysis.
  • Supporting audit teams in peer review of valuation for financial reporting will be another crucial responsibility.
  • Valuations for stabilised assets and development properties will require your expertise.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing financial models and conducting feasibility assessments
  • Assisting on major project initiatives
  • Due diligence activities
  • Market research and analysis
  • Preparation of valuations

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and a deep understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
